We don’t have any side or rear access, can you still do our job?
It’s very common in London to have to work through people’s properties, due to no side gate/entrance. We take care with your property and lay our own sheets of carpet down to protect your flooring prior to commencement.

How does it all work? What is the process?
a. Initially we make a visit to your garden to listen to your gardening or landscaping requirements, then we can advise you on the associated costs and time for completion. Sometimes we can do this on the spot, other times we may need to prepare your quotation then contact you again.
b. You decide whether or not you would like to proceed with our quotation.
If you’re comparing quotes, look at each individual aspect of the quotation to make sure you’re getting the same service and/or products.
c. You can notify us by phone or email if you would like to proceed, we will then arrange a mutually convenient time to commence your project.
